Yes. Use the Groundfloor app to book meeting rooms or phone booths (up to 3 hours per day). Walk-ins are available when space allows, but booking ahead is recommended.

Yes! Choose quarterly billing for a 10% discount, or annual billing for up to 25% savings. A great way to lock in a lower rate while you make Groundfloor your regular space.

No. All memberships are month-to-month with no long-term contract required.

Membership continues monthly until you cancel. We don’t currently offer a pause option.

You can cancel any time up until the day before your next billing date. To cancel, open the Groundfloor app, go to Settings, tap Have a Question, and submit your cancellation request.

We’d love to have you back. Just know there is a $70 rejoining fee when you restart your membership.

Yes. We offer partially subsidized memberships for early-career individuals from racial or ethnic minority groups. Scholarships are currently at capacity — check back for future availability.
